The detail of benefits, compensations, terms, conditions, exception and limitations are as per Standard Janta Personal Accident Insurance Policy.
Claim Procedure
- Immediate intimation to the Policy issuing office. In any case, the intimation must be given within 15 days from the date of accident. The intimation must also be given to the insured.
- Submission of claim form, duly completed in all respects. The blank claim form will be issued by the policy issuing office, immediately on receipt of intimation.
- All Medical prescription, reports bills & cash memos etc.
- Policy FIR, Death Certificate, Panchnama, Identity Card.
- Any other document related/in support of claim/accidental.
